Puppies are a lifetime commitment and choosing a quality breeder can be one of the hardest decisions you could ever make. Choose your breeder wisely. Do not trust that all breeders with pretty websites or nice pictures have the best intentions. Ask questions. Ask for documentation of health checks. Ask for a contract that guarantees the dog in some manner for health or temperament or both. Trust your gut instincts. If it doesn't look right...it probably is not!! Visit any person you are hoping to purchase a pup from. Are their facilities clean? Are the dogs being cared for or are they living in crates and carriers in dark places with no individual running room. Do the dogs have ample exercise area. Do they look well conditioned and in good weight? Are the dogs social and interactive with you?Are the pups hand raised or left in kennels. Do the pups look playful and social or do they shy away.

These things are important as it speaks volumes as to how well the breeder cares for their dogs. Ask the breeder if they are members of NSCA (National Shiba Club of America) and are they actively showing their dogs or competing in performance events. Do not be afraid to double check that they are what they say they are. The NSCA organization is just an e-mail away.

This is a linebreeding on Ch. Kairi Go Ryukyuu Uruma ROM (LeeRoy). LeeRoy is one of the premier stud dogs in the USA and has been the sire of multiple specialty winning offspring. Britney is a Granddaughter of Westminster winner Ch. San Jo Satori My Oh My, 13 time Japan BIS winner Ch. Tominochaka Go Ryukyuu Uruma and All time Top Producing Stud Dog Ch. TARO. This breeding combines 2 outstanding tempered dogs that excel in type and movement. We have high hopes for the combination. This combination should be incredible. Mouse has produced some gorgeous red pups who have made an impact quickly in show rings on the east coast and canada. Mouse has produced excellent standoff coats, ear shape and size,movement and type. This is Sashimi's first litter and she has some big shoes to fill. Her father is 2 XNIPPO BIS winner Ch. Fujinogen and her mother is 2008 Top female producer of the year Cha Cha who is a linebred decendant of the Gen line. Sashimi has a beautiful head and outstanding movement.

This litter need little introduction! Fuji is an incredible ambassador for everything that is right in this breed...from his type to his dynamic personality it is hard to dislike this dog! Youmee needs little introduction herself! There are few times in Shiba history when a female has broken the Top 5 Rankings in Shibas. In 2009 she was Number 5 all breed while competing every weekend against the number 1 and number 2 dog in the country! Youmee is also the BOS national specialty winner 2009. Her movement is her hall mark..her head will have you at hello! Needless to say we are hoping for the best out of this combo!
